Biography

Yasen Stoychev is Managing Partner of Stoychev & Stoycheva Law Firm and has over 10 years of experience in assisting local and international companies in a wide range of engagements including complete corporate governance, employment and immigration, leasing and real estate, M&A, anti-money laundering. Yasen is also a PhD candidate in International law and International relations.

Yasen practiced law in Sofia, Bulgaria and in Dresden, Germany in legal matters and inquiries by local and international clients. He has in-depth knowledge of the Bulgarian and regional market having led a significant number of high-profile projects in a wide range of industries.

Before the incorporation of Stoychev & Stoycheva Law Firm Yasen has acquired TMT (Telecom, Media & Technology) experience in one of the largest telecommunications companies. Furthermore, he has assisted clients in multiple legal domains during his work as an attorney-at-law at one of the Big Four accounting firms. Among others, Yasen has also assisted multiple high-profile clients in the area of real estate management and transactions, leasing of commercial premises for shopping centers and full employment and immigration legal services for large-scale projects.
